1. Persisted memory with provenance: Claims are written, keyed, and superseded. A re-write replaces the old claim; it does not duplicate. Every session queries this graph, so experience compounds instead of evaporating.
2. Reusable codified skills: Proven procedures are stored and followed, not re-derived each time. A new session inherits the workflow that already worked.
3. Earned autonomy: Permissions widen only on a demonstrated track record (evidence in the memory graph) and narrow immediately on incident. Capability is earned and reversible, never assumed.

Verify, do not trust

AlgoVoi's stance is "verify, do not trust." These tools are free, open (Apache-2.0), and offline-verifiable:

• pip install algovoi-reseal-verify: Verify an AlgoVoi receipt offline, with no AlgoVoi service in the trust path.
• pip install algovoi-rfc9421-verifier: Verify HTTP message signatures against RFC 9421.
• npm install @algovoi/rfc9421-verifier: The same verifier for Node.

Receipts are post-quantum-signed and offline-checkable. Governance and memory are gated, logged, and human-rooted. These are two distinct layers, and AlgoVoi keeps them distinct.
