Commercial core Licensed

Maintained, production-grade, separately licensed (AlgoVoi-Commercial / OEM). Off public registries, available under licence. These components are not sold individually: they ship inside a parent bundle, either Payment Rails ($1,000) or the Verifiable Compliance Suite ($1,000), installed by one licence key. A few (Crypto-Agility, Sanctions Monitor) are included free with any Substrate 2 licence.
