Hosted pay-as-you-go is the tenant-free rail: any agent calls it and pays per request in USDC with no account, no API key, the payment is the authentication. Hosted multi-tenant is a managed account where your tenant has its own API keys, spend limits, payout destinations, hosted checkout and a per-tenant audit trail. Both are run by AlgoVoi; the difference is whether you want an account and isolation or a pure per-call rail.
